Phone Warmer intentionally increases foreground processing, which uses battery and can warm the device. It is not purpose-built heating equipment, a medical device, emergency tool, thermometer, or replacement for warm clothing. Thermal safeguards reduce the added workload but cannot guarantee a safe surface temperature.
